These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website provided by Signature Hauling & Removal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a division of Tiverton Infrastructure Partners (Tiverton, LLC). By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Signature Hauling & Removal provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, light demolition, and related services in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, scope, and scheduling.

Booking & Scheduling

Service requests can be submitted through our website at signaturehauldc.com/book. All bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service requests at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are provided based on estimated volume and scope of work
  • Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual scope differs from the estimate
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept credit cards, ACH, and checks. Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified

Retainer Plans

Monthly retainer plans for property managers are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Key terms:

  • Unused pickups do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice — no long-term contracts
  • Overage rates apply for additional pickups beyond the plan allotment
  • Surcharges apply for construction debris (+$100/load) and freon appliances (+$50 each)
  • Hazardous materials are not accepted

SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Name: Signature Hauling & Removal SMS Notifications

Program Description: Signature Hauling & Removal uses SMS text messaging only for service-related communication, including quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, crew ETA notices, and customer support responses related to our hauling and junk removal services.

Opt-In: End users opt in through website forms on signaturehauldc.com, signaturehauldc.com/book, and signaturehauldc.com/pm. To opt in, the customer enters their mobile phone number and must actively check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Help: For help or support, reply HELP to any text message or email info@signaturehauldc.com.

Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Signature Hauling & Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Damage

We take every precaution to prevent damage during service. If damage occurs during the course of our work, we will work with you to resolve it. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We maintain general liability insurance for your protection.

Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, biological waste, tires, and medical waste. Additional fees may apply for freon-containing appliances and construction debris.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled service incur no fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
